Use it for bug reports

Bug reports people actually send

Screenshot what’s wrong, box it, write one line and send the link. Developers see the exact spot, and a coding agent can read it too.

Why bug reports arrive half-finished

Reporting a bug properly takes a screenshot, an editor to mark it up, an upload and a ticket form. Most people stop at “the page looks broken on my phone”, and someone has to write back asking for details.

Make the report as quick as the complaint. A screenshot with a box around the problem and one sentence says more than a paragraph, and takes ten seconds.

How it works

  1. 1

    Paste the screenshot

Drop it, choose it, or paste it straight from the clipboard, on a computer or a phone. Several screenshots become one flow.

  2. 2

    Box the problem

Draw a box or an arrow on what’s wrong and say what you expected.

  3. 3

    Send the link

Put it in the chat or the ticket. The developer replies on the comment and resolves it when it’s fixed.

What you get

Works from a phone

Paste from the clipboard and draw with a finger, so testers can report from the device they found the bug on.

Readable by coding agents

Paste the link into a coding agent and it gets the report as Markdown, with the screenshot and where each comment is.

Open and resolved

Comments are resolved as they’re fixed, and the Open and Resolved tabs show what’s left.

Long screenshots stay sharp

A whole-page screenshot keeps enough pixels for its text to stay readable.

Questions

Can I report a bug on a web page itself, not a screenshot?

If you have the page’s HTML file, drop that: people can click through it and comment on the elements themselves.

Who can see the report?

On the free plan, anyone with the link: it takes comments for 24 hours, then stays readable for 7 days. Pro keeps reports open and private to the people you invite.

Does it replace our issue tracker?

No. It’s the quick, visual part. Paste the link, or the comments copied as a list, into the ticket.
