An alternative to emailing attachments
One link for the whole review
Email is the one thing everyone has, and attaching a file is the simplest way to share it. When several people are reviewing, one link where everyone comments on the same copy can keep things together.
Drop a fileFree to start. Reviewers comment with just a name.
When one copy helps
With attachments, each reviewer works on their own copy and describes where their comments go. That’s fine for one or two people; with more, the notes can end up spread across replies and files.
A link keeps one copy and one conversation. People comment on the spot they mean and see each other’s comments, and you can copy them all as one list.
Side by side

How to try it
- 1
Drop the file
A PDF, an image or an HTML page.
- 2
Email the link
A short message, with nothing to download.
- 3
Read the comments in one place
Reply on each one and resolve it when it’s done.
Use whichever suits
Email is still a great way to send the link, and the final version. DropComments just gives the comments in between a place to gather.
